{"id":406,"date":"2019-05-18T07:55:39","date_gmt":"2019-05-18T07:55:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ramimarcus.com\/Recipes\/?p=406"},"modified":"2019-05-18T23:02:04","modified_gmt":"2019-05-18T23:02:04","slug":"salmon-with-fennel-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ramimarcus.com\/Recipes\/salmon-with-fennel-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Salmon with Fresh Fennel Slaw"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Fillet of salmon.\u00a0 (Approx. 1\/2 lb. per person.)<\/li>\n<li>1 Fennel bulb<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Apple cider vinegar<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp Lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 Shallot (<em>optional)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Dill<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<h3>Salmon<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 425F.<\/li>\n<li>Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the salmon scale side down.<\/li>\n<li>Drizzle with good quality EVO and season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Bake until internal temperature is around 150F.\u00a0 Meanwhile, make the slaw.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Fennel Slaw<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the fennel bulb in half and slice very thinly across the width.\u00a0 Place in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Chop and add the dill, thinly slice and add the shallot if using.<\/li>\n<li>Add the vinegar and lemon juice and let sit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>NOTES:<\/p>\n<p>Use any leftovers to make fish tacos: Pile everything onto a warm corn tortilla, add some avocado and bam!\u00a0 Instant fish taco.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This salmon dish feels quite elegant considering how simple it is to prepare.
