{"id":465,"date":"2019-12-01T00:37:23","date_gmt":"2019-12-01T00:37:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ramimarcus.com\/Recipes\/?p=465"},"modified":"2020-05-15T10:08:42","modified_gmt":"2020-05-15T10:08:42","slug":"no-knead-bread","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ramimarcus.com\/Recipes\/no-knead-bread\/","title":{"rendered":"No-Knead Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3c AP flour\u00a0 \u00a0 \/\/\/ 400g<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp salt \/\/\/ 2.5% 10g<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp instant yeast \/\/\/.5% 2g<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups warm water \/\/\/ 75% 300ml<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<h3>Prepare the dough<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Sift all dry ingredients together in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add water and stir until combined.<\/li>\n<li>Cover with plastic wrap and let rest around 12-18 hours.\u00a0 The dough is ready when dotted with bubbles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Proof &amp; Bake<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>The next day, gently scrape the dough onto a floured surface.\u00a0 Shape into a ball, and cut some slits on the top.<\/li>\n<li>Place on a piece of parchment paper seam side down.\u00a0 Dust top with flour, and cover with plastic or a kitchen towel.\u00a0 Let rise until doubled or so.\u00a0 To see if it&#8217;s ready, use the <a href=\"https:\/\/ramimarcus.com\/Recipes\/5-hour-bread#notes\">poke test<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>While the dough is rising, place a dutch oven, lid on, in the oven.\u00a0 Preheat to 450.<\/li>\n<li>Lift the dough by the parchment and place in the pot.\u00a0 (The parchment will remain beneath the dough.
