{"id":498,"date":"2019-12-03T10:05:56","date_gmt":"2019-12-03T10:05:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ramimarcus.com\/Recipes\/?p=498"},"modified":"2020-01-13T00:55:16","modified_gmt":"2020-01-13T00:55:16","slug":"green-beans-with-toasted-almonds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ramimarcus.com\/Recipes\/green-beans-with-toasted-almonds\/","title":{"rendered":"Green Beans With Toasted Almonds"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb green beans<\/li>\n<li>2tbs salted butter<\/li>\n<li>50g slivered almonds<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 lemon<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves minced garlic (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to boil, then add the beans.\u00a0 Cook until bright green, about 2-3 minutes.\u00a0 They should be just tender but still crisp.<\/li>\n<li>Pour into a colander and spray with cold running water until completely cooled.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat a large skillet over medium-low heat, then melt the butter.<\/li>\n<li>Add the almonds and cook until a light golden color, about 3-5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the garlic and simmer until fragrant about 1m.
