{"id":583,"date":"2020-04-06T03:32:50","date_gmt":"2020-04-06T03:32:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ramimarcus.com\/Recipes\/?p=583"},"modified":"2020-04-06T07:08:00","modified_gmt":"2020-04-06T07:08:00","slug":"kimchi-fried-rice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ramimarcus.com\/Recipes\/kimchi-fried-rice\/","title":{"rendered":"Kimchi Fried Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1c kimchi<\/li>\n<li>1tsp gochujang<\/li>\n<li>2c cooked rice<\/li>\n<li>2c greens &#8211; baby bok cho, spinach, swiss chard, etc.<\/li>\n<li>3 scallions, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>2tsp soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs, beaten<\/li>\n<li>1tsp toasted sesame oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Add the kimchi and gochujang and stir-fry until beginning to soften.<\/li>\n<li>Add the rice.\u00a0 If the rice is cold, wait a minute or two until it&#8217;s warmed up before adding the greens.<\/li>\n<li>Add the greens and scallions.\u00a0 Stir-fry until wilted.<\/li>\n<li>Push to side of pan and pour eggs into other side.<\/li>\n<li>Scramble the eggs and mix with the rice.<\/li>\n<li>Add sesame oil to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>NOTES:<\/p>\n<p>Add water instead of rice for a kimchi &#8220;stew&#8221;.\u00a0 Top with toasted sesame seeds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quick and easy fried rice, using the kimchi as the base, there&#8217;s little to do here except stir-fry everything up.
