{"id":666,"date":"2020-05-25T22:04:27","date_gmt":"2020-05-25T22:04:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ramimarcus.com\/Recipes\/?p=666"},"modified":"2020-10-03T08:17:14","modified_gmt":"2020-10-03T08:17:14","slug":"spaghetti-with-sardines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ramimarcus.com\/Recipes\/spaghetti-with-sardines\/","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti with Sardines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Yield<\/strong>: 2 servings<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>50g breadcrumbs (about 1\/2c)<\/li>\n<li>1 red chilli, diced (or chili flakes)<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves garlic, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 tin sardines<\/li>\n<li>Bunch of arugula or spinach greens<\/li>\n<li>Pasta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Saute half the garlic and breadcrumbs in olive oil.\u00a0 Cook until breadcrumbs are golden. Drain on paper towels.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the oil from the sardines into a frying pan.\u00a0 Add the chilli and garlic and saute until fragrant, 1-2m.<\/li>\n<li>Chop the sardines into chunks and add to the pan, and cook until heated through, about 2-3m.<\/li>\n<li>Add the pasta.<\/li>\n<li>Mix in oregano and arugula.<\/li>\n<li>Serve in a pile, topped with breadcrumbs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Straightforward pasta dish.
