A refreshing yogurt dip from Persia.
—Ingredients—
Fast
- 1/4c toasted chopped hazelnuts or whole pine nuts
- 4 stalks celery
- 16oz. Greek yogurt
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1tbsp dried mint
- 1 bunch dill, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- Extra virgin olive oil

- Combine all ingredients, saving a little of each ingredient for garnish.
- Add garnish, and splash some olive oil on top.
