A refreshing yogurt dip from Persia.

—Ingredients—

Fast

  • 1/4c toasted chopped hazelnuts or whole pine nuts
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 16oz. Greek yogurt
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1tbsp dried mint
  • 1 bunch dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil

—Method—

Fast Method
  1. Combine all ingredients, saving a little of each ingredient for garnish.
  2. Add garnish, and splash some olive oil on top.

—Notes—

  • Great as a unique dish for a pot-lock.
