Ginger Sesame Dressing

Salt, acid, a hint of sweetness, a mild kick of ginger, and the earthy overtones of sesame. Yum.

—Ingredients—

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (1 lime)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp white miso (optional)

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix (or shake) vigorously.

  • This also works as a nice dipping sauce.
