red pepper (Fresno, Spur, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6-8 cloves garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 tbsp&nbsp;oyster sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp&nbsp;fish sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 tbsp\u00a0soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tbsp&nbsp;water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp&nbsp;sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g green beans, cut into short pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>450g ground chicken (1 lb.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30g style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;text-transform:uppercase\"><em>Fast Method<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-left:0\" class=\"wp-block-list method-list\">\n<li>In a mortar, pound mild and spicy chilies and garlic into a paste. Or, finely mince with a knife.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine oyster sauce, fish sauce, dark soy sauce, water, and sugar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat oil over medium heat and saut\u00e9 the chili paste until garlic starts to turn golden, about 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add chicken and stir to separate before adding the sauce. Italian sweet basil is closest in flavor, though Thai basil will work too. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This is normally cooked with ground pork, but you can replace the protein with whatever you have around
