Still, it is a relatively easy&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">&#8212;Ingredients&#8212;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns ingredients-box has-tertiary-background-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-f56f613f wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column ingredients-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><em>Fast<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-tw-border ingredients-list\">\n<li>1 lb. flank steak, sliced thin and <a href=\"https:\/\/ramimarcus.com\/fastorfancy\/velveting-chicken\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1020\">velveted<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp Shaoxing wine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp dark soy sauce (<em>optional<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp garlic, minced (~3-4 cloves)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 yellow onion, halved and sliced (~250g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bunch green onion, cut into 2&#8243; pieces, whites separated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">&#8212;Method&#8212;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;text-transform:uppercase\"><em>Fast Method<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-left:0\" class=\"wp-block-list method-list\">\n<li>Drench the steak in the cornstarch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add steak to a pan and cook until browned on each side, then remove from pan.  (~6 minutes total.) You may need to do this in batches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saute the yellow onion and the whites of the green onion.  Cook until soft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stir in the minced garlic and cook 1m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the beef, followed by the Shaoxing wine.  Cook for 1m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the sugar and soy sauce.
