Add meat. Garnish with green onion and peanuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Y9OaA8c2xbc\">Link<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);text-transform:uppercase\"><em>Fancy Method<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Put a pot of water on to boil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make the sauce:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Toast the peppercorns for 2m, and use a mortar and pestle to grind to a powder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add remaining sauce ingredients and mix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blanch the bok choy for 30s in the now boiling water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the noodles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While the noodles cook, add all the meat mixture ingredients to a pan and cook until the meat is done, about 5 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just before serving place the bok choy cut side down on a hot pan and sear until starts to brown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve: Place noodles in a bowl and top with sauce. Add meat.  Garnish with green onion and peanuts.
