Ingredients
- 15oz. (1 can) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 15oz. (1 can) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 3 tbsp diced carrot
- 3 tbsp diced radish
- 2 tbsp diced red onion
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mash the beans together until slightly creamy, with some chunks.
- Add everything else.
