Ingredients
- 50g breadcrumbs (about 1/2c)
- 1 red chilli, diced (or chili flakes)
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tin sardines
- Bunch of arugula or spinach greens
- Pasta
Instructions
- Saute half the garlic and breadcrumbs in olive oil. Cook until breadcrumbs are golden. Drain on paper towels.
- Pour the oil from the sardines into a frying pan. Add the chilli and garlic and saute until fragrant, 1-2m.
- Chop the sardines into chunks and add to the pan, and cook until heated through, about 2-3m.
- Add the pasta.
- Mix in oregano and arugula.
- Serve in a pile, topped with breadcrumbs.
