A take on dosas, this recipe uses more readily available wheat flour instead of rice and lentil flour. In this recipe the pancakes are filled with a savory spiced potatoes and green onion. These thin crepe-like pancakes can be a little finicky to get right, but the end result is an elegant rolled pancake.
