Ingredients
- 2 pints strawberries
- 8oz cream cheese (1 package)
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 2tbsp butter, softened
- 4tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Slice off the stems of the strawberries and hollow them out with a knife and spoon.
- Whip the cream.
- Mix all remaining ingredients until creamy.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Pipe the cheesecake mixture into the strawberries, and lay them on a cookie sheet with a layer of wax paper. You can pack them into a bowl so they remain upright for serving.
