Stir Fry Sauces
Ginger Pepper Sauce 1 tsp grated ginger 2 tsp grated garlic 1/2c water/broth 4 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp brown sugar 2 tsp corn starch 2 tbsp sesame oil pepper to taste Instructions Combine all ingredients in bowl. Stir well.

Celery Root Chowder
I’ve only seen celery root at farmer’s markets, so this is a slightly obscure soup, but it’s warm and comforting and tastes exactly as you would expect celery soup would taste like. Nice on a fall evening, a sprig of thyme really helps this soup pop.
